+50-100% of the minimum hourly rate for work:

During night hours,

On Sundays and public holidays that are not working days for the employee, according to their work schedule

On a day off provided to the employee in exchange for working on a Sunday or public holiday, according to their work schedule
+ up to 500 PLN/month bonus if there are no more than 2 absences for valid reasons
