About the company:
● Detection and elimination of obstacles in machine operation and reporting them to the technical service
● Keeping a form operation log (correct material, optimization of settings, production by cycles, documentation of machine settings and data on a disk)
● Documenting parameter changes in consultation with QC
● Organizing mold cleaning and creating the necessary documentation
● Transferring information about the condition of molds, machines, and unfinished work
● Analyzing process and machine repeatability
● Assembly and disassembly of molds according to the production plan
● Continuous optimization of the technological process
